The Revival is Real, But Choose Your Server Wisely!I never thought I’d see this game come back, and 60+ days in, I’m incredibly hyped. The nostalgia is heavy, the Radiants are back, the OG designs look amazing, and the gameplay is just as great as before the shutdown. The new devs have a masterpiece on their hands if they treat it right. That said, if you are a new or returning player, you need to go in with your eyes open to a few modern realities. First, don't let the hype blind you to the gacha system. Just because you see an amazing unit or character you want, remember it is entirely luck based and nothing is guaranteed. That hook is exactly how these games keep you engaged and playing, so manage your expectations early. You’re bound to see reviews or posts of people quitting because.. Idk they don’t get exactly what they want. (I’m two months in and I still haven’t gotten a character I know I need, this isn’t my first gacha, lol) Your day to day community experience will also heavily depend on your server and obviously your experience may vastly differ from mine. Mine has two main drawbacks right now: {1} The Chat: The public chat is plagued by a weirdo who talks to themselves to brag about their characters and drop story spoilers. I'm trapped into not blocking them because they're on my friends list and I want to avoid the ensuing drama. But hey, at least this guy isn’t trying to treat this game like a dating app, lol. {2} The Leaderboards: We have a few YouTubers using disposable income to monopolize the ranks for content. It's actually good for the game’s overall longevity, but it's a major headache if you want to chase ranks. I desperately wish we had an offline mode or a mute button for the pointless chat except guild recruitment or the occasional user who posts redeem codes, but the core game is simply too good to miss. If you can handle the luck of the gacha draw and the quirks of your server, definitely give it a shot!
Less than 1 month and already have 150+ servers. Players will switch to new servers for anything. Like bad summon , too many whale players …..etc. A lot of event is for whale like Tourney. Whale can buy gems to get points so they can get reward. F2P just stuck there.
A few things to note personally: a little salty this re-release does not have a reroll mechanic for the first character rolls and will immediately prompt to review after the roll. Next note I don’t rate any gacha games high due to the nature of gacha games. This is technically a turn based game that has you summon characters to the field. Uses idle game mechanics to gather resources (exp/gold/other currencies) Pros: really like the character designs and voice acting. The team building can get silly when managing passive skills and costs of units. This game is very friendly on mobile devices and does not overheat or drain batteries rapidly. Cons: do rush five chapters to unlock the ability to complete your dailies. PvP is in this game ( not a fan of PvP in the majority of gacha games)
Step back into a world where your adventure once began. Reconnect with the Radiants who fought beside you and relive the excitement of past battles. N...
