I read the other reviews & thankfully my experience using this app was smooth. I am a creator & had an idea but I don’t like using AI on my full projects because I believe in keeping the human element in the stories I want to tell. However, I needed a photo to become a short video so I paid for a week of Pro which was 140 credits & I refined my prompt a few times but I ended up getting exactly what I needed. The only reason I didn’t do the annual purchase is due to the cost. $300 for an annual subscription fee is pricey. If that price was for unlimited use & forever licensing then I would’ve considered it but again I don’t use AI in my videos very much so I can’t justify the cost for only one year.
Don’t believe them or the positive reviews. They only give you one try on the free app then after you pay, everything else is trash. Pay attention to the negative reviews because there is no way they do what the positive reviews say. They will change the person and objects to something else. I even had a video generate that showed the back and from of a woman as the same. Imagine that. Her breast are on her chest and back. The people in the video look fake and like robots. Anyway stay away from this app and company. They are fraud. I asked for a refund or credit to try and fix the bogus videos and they said “No it’s AI and there can be challenges”. They basically tell me to read the fine print in the contract. Your credits you purchase will get eaten up while trying to fix the problems and then they will ask for more money to buy more credits. I’m disputing this with my bank because not only do they not offer refunds, but they did not cancel as I requested either. I sent the bank their email stating no refund because it’s AI as well as the bogus photos and video.
This app requires no experience or ability at all. Pick a photo or text, transfer to DEEVID and hit ‘create’. Excellent short videos to upload to homemade movies or send to your friends. Amazing!
