The mobile app worked fantastic. Then someone in their infinite wisdom decided to change it to a whole brand new app that was new and better. They should’ve left it alone. The app has not consistently worked since the upgrade. You no longer have access to 24 seven banking. Face ID does not work the password you have on file will not work. If you delete the app and reload it, it still doesn’t work the way it should. They should’ve never changed the app from what it was before. It really needs a great massive overhaul in order to work properly like it did before they “fixed” something that wasn’t broken. It’s just like all the other companies out there who say they’re enhancing they are enhancing the user experience when all they do is take away the qualities they had before.
I was hoping this new app would fix some small issues that the old app was having but this new app is even worse than the old one. It’s not synching with the iPhone Face ID feature consistently so I have to keep changing the password over and over again to get access to my account. The way they have the password reset makes it impossible to do through the app because you have to have your online ID (which I can’t get because I don’t have access to my online account because I’m locked out) AND my account number which means I have to be at home to dig out my checkbook. So I have to call to have them reset it every single time, but it has to be during their business hours which means I have to call while I’m working not when I’m sitting down paying bills at night or on the weekends. Zero issues with any other app but theirs - what gives? Also consistent issues making mobile deposits. The app keeps switching the orientation of the checks so I have to mess around with the phone orientation to get it to take the picture horizontally. Thought maybe it was just my phone but after installing this app on my husband’s phone it’s having both the password and deposit issues.
Doesn’t even deserve a full star honestly. First off, just wondering why my review from like a month ago got deleted. I didn’t use any foul language, wasn’t super hateful, etc. Secondly, I now have yet another issue with this app. I am now blocked from using my account because instead of just putting my pin in like have been doing nearly everyday for years to check my bank statement and deposit my check, I now have to put my password and answer security questions that they keep saying I’m getting wrong. I know for a fact that my password at least isn’t wrong because I just used it the other day to sign in! I hate this app so much now it’s unreal. Life is already stressful enough and this app just adds to it! Who wants to deal with this after a long day/week at work? Listen to the majority of the reviews that are having all the same issues and get this mess together.
