Bank OZK Mobile Banking

This app could greatly benefit from some bug fixes that otherwise make accessing your account basically impossible. The face ID doesn’t work most of the time; After it scans my face I’m sent to a loading screen which never actually loads. I’ve resorted to manually typing in my password which the app never remembers… Even then, sometimes the app refuses to load. I’ve gone a couple of days before I’m able to actually access the contents of my account via the app. Please release some updates soon, because this app is genuinely unusable half the time.

The Bank OZK branches are convenient, and the employees have always been helpful. Unfortunately, the app is so frustrating that it’s making me seriously consider changing banks. The app never remembers me or my password, even when I choose those options. I end up having to reset my password at least every other time I log in. Banking should be simple, but instead it’s a constant cycle of password changes. Changing banks is a hassle, but at this point, changing my password every other day is an even bigger hassle. I hope Bank OZK fixes these login issues because they take away from an otherwise good banking experience.

I love this bank and the customer service. The newest version of the app is like a website — it is slow, clunky and not as user friendly. The previous version had its issues, but it was pretty responsive and intuitive. They have made loading the landing page a build up. Transfers are harder to find buried down the page. I’m praying this is a beta version and a sleeker update is coming.
