I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and the biggest difference I’ve notice is how much easier it’s been to “reset” my attention. I tend to spiral or go into overdrive with thoughts/to-dos & my ADHD. This definitely seems to help me slow down and re-calibrate my attention when I get scattered or interrupted. I like most that it doesn’t feel demanding like some “productivity” focused adhd-apps. No guilt around not crossing off to-dos or having to lock myself out of apps to focus. Just helps me with attention when I need it. It’s subtle but I suspect with continued use, could definitely build benefits better long term.

I’ve tried dozens of productivity apps, but this one is different. The patented method they use really clicks with the way my brain works. It’s helped me cut through the mental fog and actually get things done without feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with focus.

Really like this app! it’s super easy to use and gives me relief whenever i’m feeling anxious. Definitely helps me stabilize and stay focused.
