Great place to shop! The prices are very affordable, there is always a good selection of items, and the customer service is excellent. The managers are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I’ve found many great deals here and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommended!
I believe I've been using Vista since it was open about maybe even less than two months. It's changed a lot and grown. And I'm glad for the company. However, this new app is horrible. You can't control or do or see almost anything on it. Moving around it is really disappointing. You also can't use the computer to look at it. Your saved searches are worthless at the moment because you can't even look them up. There's very little notifications. And most importantly you can only use the application on your phone. And that has always been horrible. I am someone who's bought a couple thousand items. But I'm very disappointed in this rollout of the application. It's not very friendly at all. Maybe they has lots of problems or something with being able to access Vista auction through website, or on your computer or laptop, but that is now seemingly eliminated. I did most of my work and reviews and shopping on my laptop. And now that doesn't seem possible. I don't know if it's temporary. Or forever. This is not a good application. This is going backwards. Maybe for some reason it's good for the owners. But it's not good for us customers, clients, buyers. Orbiters. At this first week of rollout on the new application, this new app discourage me from using Vista. I don't know how it could get any worse.
I’ve been using the new Vista Auction app for the Monroe location on version 1.4, and for such a new release it is already very polished. The app runs extremely smooth. Every item and photo loads instantly, and switching between tabs has no lag at all. Outbid notifications come through immediately and have never been delayed for me, which is critical during live bidding. I also really appreciate being able to see full bid history. It adds transparency and confidence that bids are coming from real users and not bots. One small usability issue is when there is a long bid history, scrolling can feel a bit awkward on iPhone. You have to scroll closer to the edges of the screen or the phone thinks you are doing a slight pull down gesture, which can make it feel like you are stuck at first. Not a huge deal, but it did take a minute to figure out. Overall, this is a major improvement compared to what was used previously, and it already feels solid and reliable. I am excited to see what additional changes and improvements get added as the app continues to evolve.
