This app is ok, nothing special. Just like the other apps. What we need is an email account to communicate with the Dr and staff.

I found a problem with phone numbers provided. I needed to cancel an appointment for a test. The app offered to connect me to the phone number, so I used it. It called the ladies in the lab, not the scheduling. She gave me another number to call. The automated answering at that number didn’t give me the option to connect to the facility where I was scheduled, so I chose the main campus. I then had to go through 20 questions to identify myself before the man would cancel the appointment. It took 15 minutes to cancel an appointment, when it should have taken 5 or less. Otherwise, I like the convenience of having everything in one place, as long as it is accurate.

Important feature is being able to message with my doctor. Composing & finding the details that need to be said can take 5-15 minutes. However this app keeps timing out the message portion and only keeps half of what I typed in the draft copy. I was kicked out 5x just to write 4 longish sentences. Frustrating & I don’t have this issue on other epic health apps.
