This app is ok, nothing special. Just like the other apps. What we need is an email account to communicate with the Dr and staff.

I found a problem with phone numbers provided. I needed to cancel an appointment for a test. The app offered to connect me to the phone number, so I used it. It called the ladies in the lab, not the scheduling. She gave me another number to call. The automated answering at that number didn’t give me the option to connect to the facility where I was scheduled, so I chose the main campus. I then had to go through 20 questions to identify myself before the man would cancel the appointment. It took 15 minutes to cancel an appointment, when it should have taken 5 or less. Otherwise, I like the convenience of having everything in one place, as long as it is accurate.

Physician’s office just switched to Common Spirit! For some reason I am being told that I won’t have access to message or communicate with my provider in the app until I have an appointment! Physician was NOT transferred from HEALOW to CommonSpirit! Totally UNACCEPTABLE from an IT perspective! This is a nice app, but without access to my Cardiologist, it has little value! Please note that another physician’s office was able to transfer my physicians from a DIFFERENT app, MyChart!
