Adventure Tales - Lost Island

I’m not happy. I paid for the Disco Party, and was charged but did not receive my reward. I emailed them the way it states to, however, the whole reason I spent the funds was to attempt to reach the end of the event for the first time… however said event now ends in under 8 hours, at which point I will be well asleep. I have emailed more than once about the fact this is time sensitive but have only received the “automated reply” to sending an email. This is infuriating because this happened on Aug 2 however I didn’t realize it charged me the first time so it actually ended up charging me $1.99 two times but only provided one reward. I didn’t notice till later so didn’t take action but on this one I did once I was able to figure out how. But there has not been a response. I will update if they resolve this issue. But I’m supper upset about loosing out on the event that I was SO close to finishing…. This game has been okay, the energy usage vs energy available to accumulate in a set period without spending money needs some work. Once you level up it takes forever to move through, solely because the energy isn’t enough & items cost far to much. (I’m almost to 21… feel like ive been here forever)

I gave this 5 stars so hopefully I could save someone from wasting time or money. I started this game on my iPad which had lots of issues at first. Then the bugs got worked out and I thought it was really fun and had good graphics. But the more you advance the less play time you get. First couple levels played quite a bit, then the higher I got, less play time. Then I decided maybe I should buy a package to help me advance. I had just claimed a free gift and that was taken out of the package I wanted to buy. So the next day I decided to buy it and it’s gone up another dollar. Totally not cool. Unless you don’t care if you’re only able to make 1 or 2 plays such as getting items to make things you need to progress or have plenty of money to waste, don’t waste your time getting started. Totally disappointed.

I downloaded this game yesterday through Benjamin. You can earn $10 for getting to lvl 18 within one day of downloading. Sounds easy enough. I was able to get to lvl 8 in about an hr or two of play. Figured I should be able to get to lvl 18 fairly easy today. Wrong! I play for like 15 minutes and I’m already, out of energy. Yes, there are ways to earn free energy. In the beginning there’s plenty of energy rewards after completing each goal, as well as plants on the map that give energy, plus you can watch ads to earn energy too. Today, I played for about 5 minutes - finished one goal and got energy, but not enough to finish the next goal to earn more energy. I cashed in all of the gems I had, watched as many ads as it would let me, went back through maps I’d finished to make sure I didn’t miss anything, finished all of the daily challenges. Still not enough energy to finish the next goal. So after maybe 15 minutes tops, I’m stuck and can’t play any more. Definitely won’t hit the goal for Benjamin, and have lost all interest in playing this game. Disappointing.
