Quick and easy to get started. Short survey you have to fill out on the front end. You do have to sort of know what your problems are or at least how your particular slouch looks in advance to be able to match it up with the diagrams. Otherwise it gives you options around a workout plan pretty quickly taking into account your level of fitness, activity, etc. Def seems like it’s worth a shot if you’re the type of person who wants to take a stab at working on the problem yourself, faster and cheaper than seeing a physio or chiropractor.
I’m just starting the app. I’m from a medical background, everything is spot on. The app is streamlined, beautiful with a modern design. I will update the review as I progress through the app. I’m dealing with a disc herniation from 5 years ago that refuses to heal.🤕 Definitely, listen to your body with any new exercise. If a new exercise gives you pain, listen to your body & try a different exercise. Maybe revisit the painful exercise with a modifications in 2-3 weeks. This most applies to people with pre-existing back conditions, but also could be applicable to persons revisiting movement. The app has you rate your pain levels in lower, mid and cervical/ upper back.💡 I’d recommend this app for anyone looking to improve posture & all areas of the spine. 🏆We’ve become a sitting society & this app looks to motivate & encourage mindful movement.🏆 I’m excited to start my journey!
Stand Proud has helped me build a simple, consistent routine to address my anterior pelvic tilt. It’s a very intuitive, well-designed app that takes my preferences into account to build a comprehensive workout to address it
