This guy is wonderful, he breaks down the routines and is my definition of joyful exercise. Reminds me of Equinox during its heyday in the 90s. Wish there was more like this.
I bought the online dance tutorial for “Gimme More,” but there was no information about the exact song version or any link to the track. Without this, it’s very hard to practice ( even Shazam couldn’t identify the remix). This should definitely be included with the tutorial!!
