When you log in there is an option for remember this device for 7 days… it never works. I constantly have to log back into the app which is such a hassle to check work orders. Please fix this. Thank you

This app is incredibly unstable, it crashes more than it works. I can’t even get into my workorder dashboard anymore, I also can’t upload photos, tech notes, or look at unit history without it crashing. Sync issues are also a very common problem, it seems that if it’s a little data heavy it really just shuts down or freezes up. The interface has been improved, but given the frustration and time spent trying to get it to work it’s probably the biggest hurdle I have while trying to be productive.

Just as broken as the previous app they abandoned. Moving too quickly on the app will crash it. If you assign inspections too quickly it will crash. I am able to replicate the crash on the legacy and new versions 100% of the time. Currently I cannot use the inspections function after the last crash; it is stuck on a spinning wheel. Work orders remain stuck due to a bug that greys out the start timer. There is a way to access the desktop version through the app by clicking on the blue hyperlink workorder number in the Unit Turn Dashboard however none of the functions in the hamburger menus work. Submitting inspections (The blue screen with the spinning wheel) with photos in them will take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to indefinitely prompting you to have to close and open the app. Uploading too many images at once will crash the app. Sometimes 12 is too many. Sometimes 20 is too many. The limit was removed from the legacy app but it still crashes the app. It looks like no stress testing went into the development.
