New - Cloud Issues can now have tags. Create them in Settings, assign them individually or in bulk, and use them to filter the Issue list and reports. - With the Corporate theme selected, Report Options now includes Blur cover photo and Darken cover. Fixed - Generating a Cloud report that has issues, but whose filters exclude every one of them, now shows No Issues Included with the message that nothing matched the selected filters. A project that genuinely has no issues does not show this warning. - Cloud accounts that subscribed on Android now show accurate subscription details.

I have been using Site Audit Pro for the last five plus years and it’s made my life super easy, reason is a lot of times people don’t understand text the way they were meant to be interpreted, by adding a picture marked up in a professional way, pointing at exactly what you were telling them leaves it very hard to not understand what the issue is. For people using ProCore and programs like that. I really recommend using this because you can give a pre-punchlist to your subs before you get on Procore and do the major punchlist which takes forever to close out. Even if your company does not want to reimburse you, it’s one of the best investments. you do for yourself.
I’ve been using this app for about 7 years now, maybe longer and it comes in handy. I am in Property Management and use the app for all move out photos of apts, walking property & uploading photos with listing items that need to be addressed, and so much more. I can upload well over 100 photos to one project with no issues. I am able to email or text projects to someone quickly. The only thing I do wish I was able to do is, when emailing a project to myself and it’s in PDF format, the file (no matter how small or large) won’t allow me (even as a PDF file) to upload it to my office software which is RealPage-OneSite. I have to upload single images one by one when I have to upload into OneSite, which defeats the purpose & seems like double work. I would rather be able to take my Site Audit Pro project with everything on it and upload it as a single file. 🤷🏼♀️ Either way, I have enjoyed using the app and will continue to use it.
The pictures on my iPad are organized in a certain order. When I go to insert my pictures into site audit pro and I navigate to my folder where my pictures are on my iPad to bring them into the application they are all out of sequence/order. This is causing me to spending more time putting them in the order I want by cross referencing the pictures on a separate device and choosing them in order. They need to make it so when you are importing pictures that they are in the same order in which they are from wherever they are coming from. The application cannot seem to copy the original order in which they are. This would be a big help. This is a great application but it needs many improvements as I still am spending a lot of time creating an audit since its capabilities are limited. I hope it gets better!! Because I like it!! They should allow you to combine projects after they are created. Basically the organizational method of the projects should resemble that of an email platform/structure.
