Is this too good to be true?
I love this app. It is quite possibly the best self-help app that I have ever downloaded. The database for evidence based practices is impressive, and I’m saying that as someone who is about to complete a graduate degree in mental health care. I like that I can access the full list of self-help things. A lot of apps won’t let you explore the full range of things they have after you take an assessment. I will be recommending this app to clients very soon. I have already shared it with all of my family and friends.
