The app appears well polished and good workouts i don’t know what exact thing each works so it’s kinda hard to stay focused on the drill or workout

As an athlete and trainer for 25 years I must say this workout app is a game changer. I’ve tried a lot of of them and none of them have the attention to detail and run so effortless and smooth as this app. whether you’re an athlete, bodybuilder or someone new to working out this app is for you.

Great app. But I wish with the workouts they wasn’t only upper, lower and full body. We should be able to select what body part we want to workout. Also, the app isn’t connecting with my watch!
