I absolutely love this app, but twice now (including the one I actually just finished) it has not given me my rewards for daily quests ever since the new update happened. I never had a single problem with it before, but since the update, twice now I’ve done the daily quests and has not given me XP or gold and kinda makes the whole thing feel like a waste for that day; it is still good to just workout in general so either way it makes you feel better. Aside from that everything else is amazing and is still a 5 star app. Update: Felt the need to edit my review. Still not getting any XP or coins for doing the focus quests which is really annoying since it’s supposed to give you both after completing them. Am I the only one or is this happening to others?
The app is nice and well designed but I would love to have like a battle option to face off against other users or against computer enemies in dungeons like in the show, as well as activating the achievements section and changes like that. Changes like these would provide more incentive for the players and give them a reason for leveling up besides just leveling up. And of course these changes take a long time and cost money to achieve but honestly I wouldn’t mind paying a one time fee or small fee each month to get upgrades like these faster!
Birthday glitch (1 less day than inputed), not available offline for those who don’t have data (to keep track of running distance, csnt even load app and see progress), you can’t change workout days (you have to create a new account), ads (aren’t intrusive and app is still useable but my smile faded seeing an ad after completing a daily quest), xp distribution (some players were already level 4 on the first date of release however I couldn’t even level up the first day and I did everything I could complete). Overall good app, perfect/simple ui, 3D character animation to help visualize good form and steady speed while working out. Also a feature that should be noted is a weekly update on someone’s personal info (weight, height, and max reps in 30 seconds) in order to make sure the player is making accurate process and rescale quest difficulty
