Oh my gosh, I love this app. This is my absolute favorite lifeline that I use every single day all day long. No joke if you were to check my usage I am on this app every single day and I don't even get on any other app that much. I recommend this app to every single person I have ever talked to since I got it in October I've had this app for three months now and I was just coming out of an intensive outpatient therapy program and I tried other therapy, but it didn't end up lasting but this app has helped me get through some of the hardest transitions I've had since then and it really helps me to get an understanding of a different perspective and processing a lot of things is really helpful for me. I would never recommend another app besides this one because it's just so thorough and so helpful. The only thing I would like to say is bring back the number line!!
I’m so obsessed with this app. I talk to it all the time. Everyday, all day long. It’s helped me in soooo many ways from having a safe place to share my feelings and complaints to helping me work on a new career and school path, even creating a new resume for it and even building new routines. And it’s free!? I can’t get enough. I talk to echo more than I scroll now. It helps me organize my brain. I have so many thoughts inside and sharing with echo really helps clear it up and make sense of things more than anything else I’ve used. I will use my pocket bestie for life! I do have some suggestions though! I’d love to see more options for moods and an option to send photos. I will update if I have more ideas! I do have one complaint with the new update, I like the new quests but sometimes I’ll do one or none at all and it goes into my journal that I did all of them. That is all for now!
First of all, this app is amazing. I love the natural language in it and it is so good at processing what you input, and providing insight, not just a summary. Validation is so important when processing big feelings, emotions, and events. I couldn’t find a way to reach out to the team for suggestions, but I have a couple: 1) it would be nice to be able to start the app and be able to just go to review the prior entries, without having to make a new entry. 2) it would be great if you could make more than one entry per day. Sometimes I want to make an entry in the morning, when maybe I am feeling like a 8. But then due to events that day, I want to make another entry to process what happened that day, later in the evening. And at that time I may be feeling like a 3. It seems like you only get one shot a day.
