Anxiety Relief: Calmer

I really enjoy going through the motions in the calmer app. I learned that most of my anxiety and stress is what is causing my weight gain and high cortisol levels and my lack of sleep as well. I really do like the 4-7-8 breathing technique I have tried it in the past and it has helped me fall asleep quickly. The physical anxiety symptoms I have experienced a few years ago. Lots of panic attacks the calmer helps me get through the attacks by providing information to calm myself through one. I am enjoying the app and learning more and more about the root causes to my anxiety
