FUNCAP

Thank you so much to the creator of this tool. I really appreciate having this app to keep track of my functional capacity. I’ve been trying to make sure I’m accurately measuring my abilities (especially knowing that the SSA will eventually be reevaluating my case to make sure I’m still disabled!) I want to have records of just how much I am affected by my CFS/ME and other health conditions and I feel like this tool is one of the best ways to quantify my complex issues. And this app makes it so much easier to track and save the results compared to other methods online! Using this app you can save a PDF that comes out legibly formatted. I am making an effort to do this weekly and save it to my iCloud as well as record the score on my weekly tracker form.

Love this as an app to track FUNCAP scores. Thank you!! One suggestion: add a “next section” button instead of having to go back each time. This would significantly help on bad cognitive days. Overall a much needed app
