Such a good concept, but my app stopped working the second day. I lost everything I’d worked on
I liked the concept behind this app so much I downloaded it twice. The first time I tried it, after several weeks, it started giving me 2000 units to start off each day. I couldn’t figure out why, so I deleted the app and data and started over. This time I’ve only used it a few days. On the first day, I started with 7000 units of energy for my opening balance. I wish! On day 5, my remaining energy units appeared as 295.5, but the actual number was -1045. Granted, I only have mild chronic fatigue, and maybe this app wasn’t designed for me. I did reduce the units on my activities quite low compared to the defaults; maybe if I’d made them even lower, I might not have had a problem.
I’ve been logging activities in the app for a few days and finding the format very helpful, but I can’t log any drain or refill activity points which significantly limits its usefulness, I can’t get in touch with support to ask them about this, I had to do a deep dive just to figure out how to get a login for the app (you have to register on the website)… etc
