Severe lack of features

The puzzles are very fun and I enjoyed doing the daily puzzle on the website so I decided to try the app only to find out I can’t play the daily game here and will have to continue to do it in my browser annoyingly. On top of that the app only has the first 150 daily games in the archive when we’re currently on the 213th daily game. There are currently 10 puzzles in each size category ranging from 5x5 to 10x10 so those 63 missing puzzles add up to a LOT of missing content. Apart from the content concerns there are many missing quality-of-life features that I’d really like to see implemented. Some of which would be automatically removing numbers from the notes when a number has been inserted into a row/column, a redo button for when I accidentally press the undo button (which happens often for me with it’s placement), and maybe a setting to allow the undo button to affect my notes. I know this review might seem harsh but I really like the idea of this puzzle format and I’d love to see this app improve to become the best it can be! I’d definitely recommend checking out the lite version first before buying this “full” version. <3

Great puzzles, UX could use some work

I came across this puzzle recently and have been playing the daily puzzle ever since. I wish the daily was included in the app, but I started not long after puzzle 150, so I won't really miss any, though the lack of progress syncing might be annoying. My biggest issue with the app is that the list of puzzles is very sparse due to the puzzle preview, and there's no way to jump to unsolved puzzles. I'd like to see the puzzles in a tighter table or grid, either without previews or smaller previews (or generic blank/solved icons, like NYT crosswords). And a way to jump to the next unsolved puzzle or otherwise hide solved puzzles. Aside from that, the app is fine. There's certainly room for cool new features, like stats, themes, etc, but it works great as a puzzle app as-is.

Great puzzle app, hoping for some add-ons

Ever since discovering the daily one-up puzzle, I’ve been hooked, but wished there was a way to play more than just the one-a-day puzzle - enter this app. Sooo many previous puzzles to play through. I’ve been solving multiple a day and have barely scratched the surface. That said, there are a few things I’m hoping will be added in the future. First off, I wish the daily one-up puzzle was linked to this app so I didn’t have to search online for the daily puzzle everyday. It would be handy if everything was all in one place. Secondly, I wish that the Archive puzzles were grouped in groups of ten, like 1-10, 11-20, and so on. I’m working my way through the archive puzzles rn and it gets tedious scrolling all the way to the bottom every time. In a similar vein, it would be nice if when I complete a puzzle, it would take me back to the previous page of archive puzzles instead of all the way back to the main menu. If I’m playing a lot, it can be annoying to be sent back to the main menu every time and then have to scroll down to find where I left off. Overall the app is great and the puzzles are amazing, I’m just hoping to see more improvements to the user interface of the app in the future!
