Star Battle Puzzles

Love the developer and their no ads way of providing games. I do think the only 50 free plays are too few though when some of the easier puzzles take just seconds to complete. I’d for sure pay a one time fee but the monthly subscription is costly and even the 150 play purchase is a bit much due to the wide range of difficulties and the simplicities of this game. My kids sometimes play games on my phone and they’ll use up an entire purchase in one afternoon. I think it’d even be better if they priced similar to their logic puzzles game which gives you multiple difficulties for a cheaper price. That one makes more sense as I’d imagine it’s way more difficult to create that type of game than this one. This one is just so simple and too many other ways to play the exact same thing without having to continuously pay such a high price. Either way, great game, great developer. Want to continue to support but wish price was more reasonable for what it is.

As a longtime desktop browser fan of Puzzle Baron, I love having an app that is sized for mobile. The auto-complete around a star is also a nice feature. I do wish that the bell curve for completion time could be ported to the app instead of the “expert +1” feature (but it’s better than nothing). A “clear” button to start over would also be nice. Thanks for making this!

Downloaded this app a few days ago and have already played over 200 games. It’s so nice to find a game with no ads. There’s a good range of difficulty levels and the options for hints are useful. The small price for additional puzzles is a great value, and I much prefer that over ads. Even when I had a technical issue, it was fixed within 24 hours.
