Chelsea Piers Fitness App

I’ve never coded in my life and I could make an app with less bugs hands tied behind my back and blindfolded. The app implodes when you try to look at the class schedule. It takes me 6 minutes to go from the home page to booking a class — that’s not hyperbolic, I literally timed it. Developer response: don’t bs me, this has been going on for years. Do you actually do any work on this or do you just respond to App Store reviews?

Worked well until about a month ago. Now no push notifications. Similar to another reviewer I have tried everything - reinstalling, restarting phone, etc. without push notifications I am missing class sign ups. Please fix!

My app stopped sending me class booking reminder push notifications. I hard restarted my phone, deleted/reinstalled my app, logged in/out, toggled/toggled in-app notification settings. App never prompted another notification permissions request. Now my app no longer appears under iOS notification settings after reinstall. It seems push registration isn’t triggering. Devs: please reset my push token on your backend? The app failed to request push permission properly, the latest build broke push registration, or push certificate/token expired server-side. Please fix because I keep missing class registration and wasting my new gym membership!
