It is awful that you have to spend a lot of your time getting the digital purchasing to work with the lousy signal available by the gate. What is much worse is no one tells you that you can only get it to work with the app and not the website. My family was in tears with how long it all took. This set up was a terrible decision by the zoo and it made me question my support for the zoo in the past.

You can buy tickets and see the map of the zoo in their app. Not sure why the bad reviews are complaining about things that have nothing to do with the app.

When I enter my account information, I get the error “Unable to login. Please check your email and password.” I have no issues at all logging in with the same credentials on the website.
