Terrible App - impossible to use
While it is great that Hong Kong can experience Japanese quality furniture it is unfortunate that they also have to experience the abysmal standards in Technology. After jumping through hoops to set up an account when checking out I was forced to upgrade the app which took too long as it required 3 floppy disks. I decided to abandon the process and check out as a visitor. I guess I am not the type of person NITORI wants as a customer
