Very slow and its veryyy long to load

Everything is good but the biggest drawback is that the rewards are not exciting. I hope they can add more food and drinks coupons from local shops which will be redeemed entirely by points. I also don’t like that most rewards require only few points but a lot to real money to redeem. I am a Muslim user and there is nothing regarding food and drinks which I would want to redeem. There are many other Muslim users so please consider. I would give better ratings if these issues get solved

This platform does not response my order. My last order placed at 21-Mar-2025, but it just pending for more than 10 days of course they had grabbed my money yet until I email to cs, then they start to process without any reason for their delay, so disappointed and worst user experience ever.
