Go4

Overall this is a great resource for ATs. I’ve been able to work shifts on go4 to make extra income, they are easy to find and apply for. Ive also posted looking for coverage when my school needed which was also super easy. I like how they post the rates for each job. The new EMR is really helpful and Intuitive, being able to email the athlete the note for them to bring to another medical provider. One thing I would change is making it easier to add in credentials, that interface is glitchy at times. Also, it should be looked into if theres a way to charge the banking fees to the host instead of coming out of the AT payment at the end.

I really like this app. It has given me the opportunity to increase my income with value I believe Athletic Trainers are worth. It is easy to use and payment is fast. I only gave 4 stars because of a few nit picky things on my end. The injury report is a bit redundant and long. Lots of times the contact person for the venue is not listed. Makes it hard when you need to touch base with them. Lastly some times it takes weeks to get excepted or denied for a job. I have had to call organizers to get an update on the position. I say give it a try!

Not bad at all, great option to pick up shifts when time allows. The app can be glitchy though. Also an easier/more thorough EMR would be useful. For example under evaluation if you choose a body part like ankle, it would be nice if it automatically populated the most common ankle special tests, along with range of motion, manual muscle tests, areas of pain etc, so you can just check them off versus having to dictate or manually write them in. I have to complete notes at night or the next day when I have time to sit down and do them properly since the eval has to be written out. I work at a hospital so may be used to extremely long and thorough evaluations. I also have found that not all emails work (even when triple checked for accuracy) and you are unable to go back and edit once you complete the note. A printing option would be useful as well, to share with the staff ATC, and not just the parents. Maybe have a signed release to print or share to another email. Lastly, being a seasoned AT it would be nice to be able to negotiate compensation with the event posters versus a take it or leave it situation. I pass on a lot of events I have time to work due to the compensation offered. All that being said - great app and concept overall!
