High end store like N Seas… you’d expect a better mobile app. Nope. I was going to drop $100 on a delivery order… I loaded up my cart, then realized there was no “buy now option”. I finally figured out the obscure click at the top of main page where you have to choose “delivery, pick up, or in-store shopping” who the heck needs to place an order then go inside the store to pick up btw? At that point I’ll shop myself. My main frustration is that I apparently built my order with the “in store” option. I could NOT change that to delivery. I tried texting chat help about it and wow! What a mess. To hit “send” for a chat message involved trying to not hit a giant X hovering over the send button. The X would close you out of the chat. This WHOLE APP SUUUUUUCKKKKSSSS
When scrolling to shop, it will constantly glitch then take you all the way back to the top of the section you were browsing. Happens all the time, especially the Weekly Ad section. NSM doesn’t seem concerned that their shopping experience is less than useful. I can say it’s been so frustrating at times I’ve stopped shopping and gone to another store.
Repeatedly get “shoppers” that do not ever actually shop a single item. I’ve waited over an hour numerous times and the order status never changes out of “shopper will begin shopping soon”. Customer service has never been able to contact to them…they’ve told me their calls to the shopper don’t even ring but go straight to some kind of automated response. These shoppers also have no photo, which I believe is required.
