I have been on the lookout for nutrition apps to track what I have been eating and found this one recently! Have been using for a while and it’s one of the most simplest but yet “effective” apps out there. I love the voice feature which makes my day less stressful haha! And I look forward to the suggestions they send and the fundamentals around how like everything this is nothing but a habit. It just opened my mind to look at it differently! Kudos to the team just to that! Look forward to continuing on the app.

This app has been a real help for me. It’s accurate and super easy to use —I just speak my meals, and the calories are calculated and recorded automatically. I also get a detailed analysis of things like protein and sugar, along with personalized daily recommendations to help me stay on track of my weight loss goal. As a parent of two little kids with a full-time job, I don’t have the time to count points or manually calculate and add calories, but this app makes it easy to stay on track and stay motivated!

This is the easiest to use nutrition tracking app I’ve ever tried. My favorite feature is that I can just dictate the app what I had for a meal and it automatically breaks it down into different components, and lets me track my macros. As a result, instead of searching for specific items or brands, I can tell it like I tell a person and the app does all the difficult work. It makes it easy enough that it is pretty much the only nutrition tracking app l've been able to actually use regularly.
