I tried to use the App tonight to place an order for some shoes. I intended to use an Evri pick up location and selected that option but it would not go to the next step ‘Billing’ because an error message came up saying ‘address missing’. If I went back and put my address in it wanted to deliver to my home address, so if I tabbed ‘Evri Pick Up’, again my home address disappears and then the error message comes up again. I gave up and had to use the website. SportShoes please sort this!!

I managed to complete my purchase but ended up more of hassle than simply using the website. Not the smoothest user interface and a lot of weird interactions that leave you with little confidence in the app to complete your purchase properly. Could be good once kinks ironed out but definitely needs work.
