Pro:Direct Sport

I’ve been a happy customer of Prodirect for as long as I can remember, I mainly shop the football products as their selection is second to none doesn’t matter what brand they got it covered (well the ones that matter.) and it’s exciting the have some physical stores in north (Manchester store’s the best!🔴⚪️⚫️).

So it is a cheap basic app I accept it is functional although it does not scale for iPad use, this is so basic they need to make it scale as most other apps do. I remember this was a thing over 10 years ago but nowadays this should be a thing of the past. Please address this aspect as using the app is not ideal personally I will be using the website until this is resolved.

This app is great but I experienced a bug that stopped me ordering. It kept giving me a red error box stating that my contact number couldn’t be updated. Then when I went though to complete my order the app crashed entirely. So I fixed this problem by updating my contact details in the website. When you create your account through Apple or google sign in, it doesn’t take all the information it needs to order. If you want to place an order please go in your profile on the main website or via the app if it works and update your phone number and full name and address etc. Then refresh the app and try ordering again. Look forward to receiving my first order and hopefully this bug will be fixed very soon.
