Needs updates at checkout , final check of bill before you pay , possibility to check the items again in your cart , if you press the items that you have in the cart , the add do not appear . Just do you can double check what you have in the cart . As it is now you need to go back to shopping and pull up the listing again, and in my case take screen shots of item and then compare the pictures price with the checkout baskets mini pictures, too time consuming .

The Website is awful, I have to agree w the others and their responses. It has taken me in the past a long time to get what I wanted to order. Frustrating, and then u want to give up…. The clothes r beautiful and I have much of the product….getting the product is like pulling teeth. Please attempt to recalibrate the website, so to make it easy to purchase. Thank u, Olga Piandes

Probably the worst possible website, non-responsive, causing big problems by adding the same item and not updating the number of items when trying to delete the extra - I just ended up with 4 of the same Cashmere sweaters in my basket and it was a project to get it that number back to 1 which is all the sweaters I needed. And if you forgot your password-you’re doomed because the password resetting emails just don’t arrive in your inbox. An absolute mess.
