I understand that it is quite hard to create/manage an app and whatnot but it’s quite frustrating when I keep trying to just open the app and all it does is flash white. There isn’t even a logo or a loading symbol, it’s just displaying white.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews (especially one star reviews), but I was hoping this app would at least work better than the last one.

IOS18 users are unable to you the app. A few of us in my class have recently updated to the IOS18 and cannot loan the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not change anything. Neither does cleaning cookies and cache items. The app just displays a white screen when opened. Another classmate has IOS17 and the ability to use the app is intermittent.

I can’t search by class. It keeps logging me out and saying my password or login is incorrect. The front desk has to keep fixing it on there and even though I’m using the correct login.
People have stopping going to classes that are a sign up because they can’t get logging in and attendance has dropped noticeably in these classes.
By daughter works here and can’t see how many people had signed up for aquatics classes and she hates trying to use it.
The previous app was much more user friendly and searching for classes by the class type was way easier.
