I’ve been using the app for several months now, and have been impressed with how I can customize training and regimen aligned for my goals. There are many different workout options to focus on strength training, muscle build, cardio, etc that you can easily adjust. It is fantastic whether you are a beginner or expert trainer. The app also learns what you’re doing well and pushes you to the next levels, which is great. Tools such as daily reminders, integration with Apple Health, video tutorials, and weekly planning are excellent. Definitely download and use it to get in shape!!

Compared to other apps I’ve tried, this one just feels more intuitive and motivating. The workouts are thoughtfully structured and actually tailored to the equipment I have at home, which makes a big difference. I also appreciate how it asks for feedback after each session and uses that to adjust future workouts. It really feels like you’ve got a personal trainer who’s paying attention. The swipe controls and overall clean design make it easy to stay focused. Definitely recommended checking this one out.
