I got the app upgrade and it removed all my stored beans (the loyalty program). I think I had like 25,000 or something (yes I’m a hoarder, don’t judge me). Now I’ve upgraded my app and they’re gone. Please bring my beans home. They’re alone and scared. Beans, if you’re reading this…I’ll always love you.

I love the app and WRC but It says new loyalty points but this update won’t let you redeem them for mobile orders. It used to pop up in the check out tab now there’s nothing. When I click the reward straight from the loyalty section it just says start order to redeem but that doesn’t work either. How are you supposed to redeem?

I went back to my WR Coffee location on Abrams and Mockingbird today. Decided to run in and get some Breakfast. What a treat. The Ham and Cheese Croissant was bigger and much better than Star Bucks. I also got a Bagel and Cream Cheese which was also very good but not as good as Einstein across the street but not bad. Coffee was great. I really enjoyed returning and I’m going to be a regular going forward. May still get my bagels from Einstein’s. Why don’t you offer a drive up option for Einstein’s? Would benefit you both and also your customer. Anyway, I’m glad to be back and much friendlier than Starbucks and not to give you any ideas, a much better price. Thanks for being in my neighborhood.
