Overall, the app is easy to use, but it has some challenges. Entering credit card info, the entry screen blocks your view of the payment data you are entering without the ability to scroll and check what you entered. Reorienting your phone to landscape doesn’t fix it. You have to toggle continuously. Also, if you like the seasonal salad, you cannot order extra dressing with it. You can select extra dressing in the options, but then you get a list of the standard dressings without the seasonal one included. You cannot add a dressing that doesn’t match the salad, but the seasonal one is missing. I have had issues in the past entering promotional info and having it accepted and used.

So let me start off by saying that I pretty much love every single thing about Bellagreen. The food is incredible, the service is impeccable and they have such high standards that I appreciate and will always spend my money in this establishment. HOWEVER. The standards go down several levels when they have to use Uber for delivery. Every single time I place the order for delivery and it’s Uber that delivers, they never bring the drink. It happened again tonight and the guy just said “sorry they didn’t give me one” I always get kids meals for my niece and it’s a huge disappointment when I get a notification that Uber will be delivering the food instead of the staff at Bellagreen. Because every single time the drink never makes it.

You get rewards, but CANNOT redeem them on the app. You have to go into the store, order and wait - very frustrating. What’s the point of earning points on the app is you can’t redeem them on the app. Also will not let you use a small amount left on a gift card WITH a credit card. All or nothing!
