App Profile: Bunyarabugalma Youth

Bunyarabugalma Youth has been designing by Indigenous young people and is free for any young person to use. It is suitable for ages 12-25 years.

This app aims to help young people to transmute challenging emotions through connecting with country, breathing, movement and mindfulness. It contains guided mindfulness practice videos to follow along with and affirmations as well as important links to mental wellbeing help and supports.
