i think it is a useful app for someone with mental health issues but if you dont feel that way then it is kind of boring to do because you can only listen to others stories, listen to episodes about emotions and stuff like that, and do a daily check in which is my favourite part so yeah theres nothing wrong with it but it just gets boring

The app isn’t opening and I’m not sure how to fix it I’ve had the app for just under 24 hours and it’s staying on the opening Black Dog Institute page.
