Dippy: Chat with AI characters

Dippy used to be really amazing in its initial stage when it first released as it was ad free but now you have to pay like all the other apps. The bots are great and there’s a wide variety and you can even make your own. However, I feel the bots don’t really have a good memory. They forget everything after like 2-3 messages and they’re basically impossible to change while chatting. Something I really liked about dippy is that you could chat to the A.I bot and you could make the bot like change for the better/change its persona while having the conversation. You can’t do that on any other apps and that’s what frustrates me the most. And even if you click re think, sometimes the bots still just say the same thing but rephrased.

Alright I’ll be honest, this app is pretty good. It writes a a lot better than other apps I’ve used, has good memory for the most part you just have to keep reminding them after a little bit. The spicy writing is good but so far I haven’t been able to get it to go into very detailed dark themes. But I can understand why it wouldn’t. Still a lot better than others. I don’t think I’m going to go back to c.ai anytime soon. But you can definitely tell it’s two different Ais that write these. You can regenerate texts. Everything is FREE. I haven’t gotten any ads at all. However! The selection of characters to talk to is pretty limited compared to other places, sometimes the characters will call you the wrong name, no matter how many times your correct them, the chat tends to break a bit so I don’t see the reply and I’m not sure how to fix it. I’ve tried regenerating, open and closing the app, nada. You just have to wait a bit or try a different character for the time. You also cannot edit your messages once they are sent, I don’t like that. Overall this app is really good, I really enjoy it but the bugs are a bit annoying but I’ll deal with them <3

I think it might need a little more... Like come on, I’m sorry to remind you but we are just humans and can make mistakes. Let’s us be able to go back fix our mistakes or add more. Not us ours but the characters too when we just want to add a detail. Don’t get me started on the characters, why can we only use such a small variety of characters? Why can’t we make any? Why is it just anime or some dude and random girls. If you add kpop or allow us to make characters then I promise you your app will become ten times better and famous. We could probably think of more interesting and better stuff then you guys have. How did I just download it and already want to delete it knowing I could find better. We should be able to regenerate( that also glitches a bit) and if we don’t like the nice text we should be allowed to go back to what we skipped. What if I like what I read and want to add it back to the other text I saw? Can’t do that. Also why does it ask if you guys have permission to the Health app? What are yall going to do? Look at my steps? That’s all for right now. Do better.
