I think the app itself is fine. Basic but that’s all you need. The issue is when trying to contact someone through the app does not work. I’m trying to return their router since I bought my own and it says to return to your local office. They tore it down. The closest one is 4 or so hours away. Then I have to pay $45 dollars so they can send a tech to pick up. That’s wrong if you service an area you should have a office somewhere nearby

We've been in this service area since 1984. During this time we've had multiple Internet service providers. Sparklight's pricing, performance and support is by far the best of any ISP we've ever had. I've just downloaded the Sparklight app and taken a quick look. It looks to have everything needed to determine billing, outages and health of the system. Unlike some of the other reviews, I have had no difficulty logging in to the app or to the website account. I pay via the website each and every month without any issues whatsoever. Congratulations to Sparklight management, staff and to the web and app development teams, and thank you for excellent Internet service at a very reasonable price.

I wasn’t going to download this app after seeing how low it was rated. Thought I’d have problems logging in based on previous reviews but I was able to get right in and see my bill and past payments. As well as my modem and WiFi speed. That’s about all I wanted to get this for - to view that and receive notifications on any outages and whatnot. Can’t speak on that quite yet since I just downloaded it though. I’m just glad they finally caught up to this century and got an app in the first place. 🤷‍♀️
