FitFuel: Meal Plans & Workouts

A dual recipe and workout app with user friendly usability and access. The recipes I have tried from this app are delicious and easy to follow on the instructions screen. A feature that I especially value in this app is the screen never dims while following a recipe. As an avid recipe follower, I love being able to follow recipe instructions without worrying about the screen darkening, which has negatively impacted my cooking process and meal outcomes in the past. I love adding recipes to my week in the app then going to my digital grocery checklist to follow while grocery shopping. I no longer have a need to bring paper checklists with me while grocery shopping, which is a major plus! I also really like having the choice to select shorter recipes if I only have 30 minutes or less to cook during busy school nights as I also work full time. I have also enjoyed using the workout plans depending on a 3-day, 4-day or 5-day workout week. I highly recommend this app for leading a fit, healthier lifestyle.
