The games in this app have been so much fun for my kiddo, who is not a huge fan of exercise! He will move to the point of getting sweaty, and it’s been fun for us as a family to challenge each other to get to higher levels on the games. The games are also fun for my parents, who are 70 something, and daily walkers, but not necessarily exercise fanatics.
