I initially chose Naked Nutrition because of their high-quality products, but my experience with their ordering system and customer service was extremely disappointing. Their system had a serious bug that placed multiple unauthorized orders totaling around $300 while I was asleep. When I reached out for a refund, their system encountered yet another issue, preventing them from processing it for over a week. Frustrated, I contacted my credit card company, disputed the charge, and received an immediate refund. A week later, Naked Nutrition emailed me, asking me to cancel the dispute so they could supposedly refund me “faster”—even though I had already been refunded instantly through my bank. This seemed highly questionable. I also reached out three separate times, asking for an explanation of how an order I never placed was processed in the first place. Each time, they either ignored me or dodged the question entirely. With such an unreliable system and poor customer service, I’ve decided never to purchase from them again. Buyers beware!

I’ve been using Naked products for over 2 years and I’m still excited to try new items. Really raw and delicious pea protein (and everything else. I’m so excited to try their collagen. App is fire too makes my shopping experience so much easier! Shoutout to the Naked company keep being real.

The chocolate vegan naked mass is so delicious. If consumed right, you most certainly feel the recovery time cut down. For a while I had been floating in the 160s lbs to mid 170s for awhile. Ended up losing weight after getting Covid a few years ago. Wasn’t eating a lot due to my taste and smell being compromised. Thankfully after awhile those both came back, started back in the gym, and wanted something the help get my weight back. It helped… significantly. Currently at 200lbs. Give a lot of credit to this product here.
