I’m so happy I found this app! It feels like having a little wellness coach in my pocket. The health journeys are super easy to follow, and I love that they focus on natural balance instead of quick fixes. The Ayurveda and TCM tests gave me insights about my body that I’d never thought of before, and the daily affirmations are such a nice way to start the day. What I like most is that everything is in one place and I’m feeling better than I have in years.
