Lyca Mobile IE

I cancelled my plan with Lyca one year ago and thought nothing of having to check my bank account until last month I realised they have been continuing to take my money! I have sent to many emails and they have not replied, I cannot get into my account on the app now as it is saying my number is not valid however I am still paying €10 a month this is crazy!!! Everyone is having the same issue they are scamming ordinary people!

I regret to say that I’m extremely disappointed. I sent 2 request to cancel the auto-renewal from the app and got a message the day after saying “your payment is confirmed”. Contacted support (extremely unprofessional) who not only didn’t even read my email but told me that “we send a reminder before charging you”. I sent the 2 requests and emails before the autorenewal was scheduled and nothing was processed. I was charged anyways for a plan I’m not using.

The new app and the new site are not working properly, I can not remove one of my cards from the payment options, the new bundle that I just purchase does not appear in the system, the price for some bundles are different when I get to pay for them then the prices I just clicked on, the previous site was so easy to use and never had a problem with it. And the fact that you can not chat with a real person but instead you need to call or write emails is very inconvinient as well. I am very disappointed on how things work at the moment.
