The app is great! But when it comes to buy numbers online, they want you to upload documents when you sign up. I did try it, and it keeps saying that I have reached the maximum attempt. And that I need to upload documents again. I did called the ct lottery headquarters and they told me the same thing. So far, I uploaded many pictures of my license, selfie with license, social security card, and mail picture. And still no luck. I give up at this point.

Very frustrating to have to wait so long for the app in order to scan tickets but I have to admit it was well worth the wait. I have used a few app from other states and and I have to say it’s one of the fastest scanner I have used. So far no issues.

I would not want to store any amount of money with an app that is so glitchy. First time I used it, it was fun, I can avoid driving to the gas station to get my tickets and you earn bonuses, sounds great. Every time I want to use it I have to reset my cache and go through this login song and dance. After typing in the OTC authenticator you get an email saying you logged in but you’re stuck on the prior screen and cannot navigate the app, when you press back you get a warning that you’ll be logging off. So the app recognizes you’re signed in (because you get an email) but you cannot navigate the app, you’re stuck on the login screen.
