App doesn’t keep/save some data entered at first registration. Went back in to settings to enter again and it still won’t save. This app company needs to fix these bugs. How can we get points for insurance requirements if it doesn’t work properly?!

I completed a biometric screening through my company and now my results are right here in my app! Not only are my results easy to access, they make it super easy to understand and even share with my Dr!

I hate this app with a passion. It will not auto sync with Apple Health. Ever. It only syncs upon initial connection. After that you have to disconnect and reconnect every single time if you want to get your points. I reported my issue several times and finally gave up. So I assume this app is owned by a health insurance company or is conspiring with them to make sure we don’t get our points and discounted premiums. I miss Power of Vitality.
