I have used multiple apps to track my nutrition as well as multiple apps to track workouts and to set up workout programs with limited results. I have only been using this app for one week but so far I can tell, that is already far superior to anything else I have used in the past. The workouts are straightforward with the ability to automatically add in progressive over mode as I need it. The nutrition tracker is by far the best one I’ve used with other nutrition trackers that I’ve used in the past I’ve always had to go back and edit the nutritional information based on the food labels because they’re never completely accurate. So far this one has been accurate every single time. The added benefit of this one is if I decide to go out for a special meal with my family it has the built-in AI scanner, and it at least help me get within the ballpark of what I’m actually eating and not having to guess or take extra time to look up nutrition information from that particular restaurant website. overall, this app is by far superior and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Into my second week using the app. So far find it incredibly easy to navigate and enter information. The separate sections for nutrition and workouts are easy to follow. I am amazed at how easy it is to log everything I eat and see the good, the bad, and the ugly of what I have been eating and what I need to eat to loose belly fat and build mushcles and definition. It has been eye opening, especially from someont who thought they were eating decent, but never ever tracked nutrician. The ability to scan food labels and adjust portions makes it super easy. As for workouts, I'm into the second week using the app and following the suggested workouts. This week i get suggestions to raise or lower the weight and number of reps. Very helpful. I can do a year of this app for the same cost as one week of using a trainer which I have used previously. Having a buddy or trainer makes the workouts more fun and enjoyable, but this is the next best option plus having everything tracked. So far very impressed and want to see what results I can achieve.

There are a lot of Workout apps out there. A lot of good apps. In fact, quite good (ones I have actually used for YEARS). *BUT* this new app by BWS (years in careful development) takes your workout experience to a whole new level!Man, it is definitely THE front runner, relegating all the others to the “also ran” column. From easy to access how-to human videos (not cheap animations), to easy logging of every one of your workouts with built-in recommendations for your own, specific, personal progression, to excellent daily training and nutrition tips, to easy logging of nutritional info, to a plethora of customizable workout combos, etc. And it’s only going to keep getting better and better as technology advances. If you want an app that you will absolutely love, that is super user friendly, and that is ahead of all the others, look no further. You will NOT be disappointed!
