I literally never write reviews, but I had to for this because it actually got me to stick to my workouts. I’ve actually tried everything- workout classes, yt videos, even writing my own plans for the gym but bc I always have my phone I just open the app, see what I gotta do, and do it.
I feel like it’s almost tricking myself into being consistent. Highly recommend if you have a short attention span and need things easily accessible / organized

There are so many app breaking bugs and nothing gets fixed on this app. The product team release features but neglect bug fixes. The calendar will often hallucinate for clients. Written inputs like weights, or reps would vanish right after typing. In addition to hallucinations the calendar also fails to update when changes are made, often leaving clients to navigate through an endless block of previous days before getting to their current week and even then it’s unclear for them which day is day 1 or day 5 of that week. If you’re a coach maybe use true coach until they fix this thing.
