I’ve tried a lot of apps to mix up my workouts…none have made me feel fit like this one does. Some videos don’t pop up and others aren’t edited to show the exact flow of the exercise clearly…also would like a specific order/sequence to follow when finishing one routine and wanting to I’ve to another BUT! those are minor complaints and easy fixes. Love the app and the workouts.
This review is pertinent to both the app itself and the content offered therein. First the app. The app is solid, and offers a relatively bug-free method by which you can access Adriell Mayes’ content. I have multiple of his programs and can easily swap and jump between them. I have done roughly 30 different KB programs, and I ALWAYS come back right these. They are simply the best possible programs for actually gaining strength and muscle via kettlebell training. If you’re coming from bodybuilding, the programming should look familiar in format.
This is a tremendous app for kettlebell workouts. I’ve already recommended the app to several people at the gym and they love it as well. The programs are designed well and the exercise library is great to try out some addditional exercises outside of the program you’re currently working on. One aspect that I would love to see is the ability to favorite certain exercises from the exercise library for easier access in the future, possibly placing the favorite exercises in the profile section of the app. Overall, i’m very pleased with the app as a whole and am excited to continue my kettlebell journey with this app.
