With the 1.5 update, I experienced a few glitches with the update. I experienced major delays creating and updating new events. I decided to delete and reinstalling the software, I noticed much better improvements. I just now updated to the 1.6 so let’s see how this goes..

Paying $99/monthly for an app that is complete TRASH! Y’all need to fix this ASAP! Had an event tonight, and this app crashed on me 5 TIMES, and even had a moment where the event wasn’t even showing up in the events section. I was trying to keep my cool and still look professional, while on the inside I was sooo embarrassed and disappointed with this! Y’all need to slow down with all the “extra” stuff yall are trying to do to stay relevant within the market, and I need yall to SPEED UP making thorough improvements on this app that will make it easier for us to maintain our business. Get, it, together.

I have a real concern after reading reviews. I am considering buying a booth but the software is concerning. I downloaded the app to see if I could test and there is feature called lamp mode. I clicked to go into that mode and of I don’t have a booth so nothing is present to turn on. There is a back button to return and of course it does not work. I will have to exit the app to restart. Not a great sign for me. iPad Pro 13” M4. A week old just bought.
